Our Pledge to Members

We act in your best interest. As a fiduciary, we’re legally and ethically bound to put your priorities first with guidance that’s aligned to your goals, long-term perspective you can count on, and no hidden incentives. Our advisors aim to  serve you, not sell to you.

We pledge to:

Provide advice rooted in evidence, not opinion.
Design portfolios tailored to your real-life goals.
Help you minimize taxes, maximize clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Treat your data with the same care we would our own.

It’s a Marathon, Not a Sprint. Invest for the Long Term.

“If you retire at 65, you must provide for yourself and your family for another 25 years. So take the long view. Invest intelligently. Maximize your return while minimizing risk for an optimal risk-adjusted return.”

Common Questions, Straight Answers

Who regulates Evergreen Wealth as an SEC RIA?

Evergreen Wealth Advisors is an SEC-registered investment adviser. As a fiduciary under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, we are legally obligated to act in your best interest when providing investment advice. This fiduciary duty includes both a duty of care—ensuring our advice is based on your individual goals and circumstances—and a duty of loyalty, which requires us to avoid or fully disclose any conflicts of interest.

What are your fees?

Evergreen Wealth charges a single, all-inclusive advisory fee based on assets under management. It starts at 0.08% per month on the first $500,000 and decreases as your assets grow. There are no extra fees for planning, trading, or custody, and we do not charge anything on banking deposits. Fees are billed monthly at month-end so you always know what you're paying and why.

How can I book a consultation?

You can schedule your free consultation online, call us at +1 (888) 884-0557, or email clientservice@evergreenwealth.com. During the call, you’ll speak directly with a licensed advisor about your goals, tax picture, and how our approach could support your financial strategy. Get expert perspective and see how personalized, tax-optimized advice could work for you.

Are my assets FDIC or SIPC insured?

Cash deposits are held through our partner bank and benefit from FDIC insurance coverage. Evergreen Wealth Corporation is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC. Deposits are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per depositor through pass-through insurance at Coastal Community Bank, if certain conditions are met. FDIC insurance only covers the failure of an FDIC-insured bank.

Investment accounts are custodied with third-party broker-dealers, where securities are protected by SIPC coverage (up to $500,000, including $250,000 for cash). Please note, SIPC protection applies only in the event of a custodian failure and does not protect against declines in market value.
